SANDESH PATKAR

Sandesh has over 18 years of experience primarily in BFSI and Consumer goods. He always enjoyed working on new business opportunities and has been associated with many brands in their early stage. He has set up business from scratch and has enacted various roles in HR. He is an Expert in the strategic HR management & talent transformation space with in depth knowledge of best practices in human resource and organizational development processes. Sandesh has worked with the organizations of repute such as Voltas, Pepsi, GE & ICICI Bank in past before deciding to be an Entrepreneur.
